Scorpius came into the room, his hand still tugging Iris along. He let go finally as they came into the room and took his seat. He felt like passing out to be honest, but with a stiff yawn and a slight stretch he tried his best to stay awake. "Wonder where the professor is..." he said absently, pulling his book out of his bag.

Lianna came in as well, taking her seat quietly. She showed no signs whatsoever of a hangover, but she still wore her bunny ears happily and truthfully had a small headache. She could ignore it easily though, and so began braiding small sections of her hair while she waited for class to start.

Desdemona woke up some time in the morning only to see she had ten minutes until class started. She was now wrapped in Viktor's arms and all three of the Dragons were either laying on them in someway or around them. Stiffly, she wiggled out of his grasp and slipped over the dragons as quietly and gently as she could. After wrapping a black robe around herself, she walked over to the dresser and looked through her things. She was teaching today and that meant she'd leave more to the imagination, in other words she'd dress in long baggy yet somehow still form fitting clothing. Today was an emerald green dress that didn't reach her shoulders. It had black lace around her upper body, along her arms and above her breasts, and the sleeves went down to her wrists. The dress trailed on the ground but it sculped her body wonderfully. The last touch was a choker necklace with a black gem on it. When she was dressed and her hair done she started getting her papers ready for class.

Iris sat beside Scorpius and nearly fell against him. She might have been worried about class but she was more worried about passing out or throwing up at the moment. After a few seconds of her head down and her eyes shut she began feeling better. By the time the teacher came out she had all of her things ready. Something seemed off about the professor today but she ignored it, at least until a small roar had the whole class turning their attention to the small flying dragon above them.

Lorcan lost the race, of course, and just sat with Lianna with a grin on his face. He pulled out his stuff and waited for class. When the small roar grabbed his attention he couldn't help but nearly jump out of his desk. "WOAH! Um....is that legal?" He was grinning so much that it was clear he didn't care. "Oh, um sick Professor."

Desdemona was only a few moments late when she got downstairs. She looked over the class and gave them all one of her award winning smiles. "Welcome to class everyone. I hope you have your assignments ready we'll be--" A small roar had her looking up. Tenelth was flying around her classroom and Orenth wasn't far behind. Aero landed on her shoulders as always and she shook her head as she grinned. "As I was saying, today we'll be talking about dragons." It wasn't her lesson but she had to work this in some how. "And yes, Mister Scamander this is legal, not that you or your brother would care. Speaking of which where is he?" She chuckled. "A likely story. You two come down here." She called the dragons over and both landed beside her. Tenelth floated into her arms and wrapped his head over her bosom like he were clinging to his mother while Orenth put his front limbs on the desk and stared down the class.

Scorpius looked up with amazement. We was intrigued by the small dragons, though by the looks they weren't the same as her pet. They were already slightly bigger than him. As Orenth looked them all over with a curious gaze, Tenelth took to rawring cutely. Scorpius grinned. Finally, something interesting. At the same time, Scorpius' head was ringing and the rawring of the baby dragon was already hurting his head.

Lianna clapped happily. After the angry glares from her hungover friends she just smiled innocently and mouthed 'sorry!'. She watched the babies fly about, not know that this was the first time Tenelth and Orenth were able o stay afloat for more than a few seconds. It was also the highest either dragon had flown so far.

Viktor snuggled to his sons and Desdemona. Or at least, he thought he did as he was still in his dreams. He rolled a few times before finally opening his eyes and closing them again. However he quickly sat up and blinked, looking around frantically. He was alone in Desdemona's chamber. Viktor was groggy still, but his nerves from last night took him over and he umped out of bed in a flash.

Desdemona calmed the class was she took to stroking the scales of all three dragons. How? Orenth got one hand to himself while Teneth and Areo shared the other. It was rather impressive how she craddled the youngest in her arms yet was still able to do so. "Alright alright, calm down. First and foremost, everyone pass your essay's up, right quick! Aero will be coming around and picking them up for me." Reluctantly the smallest dragon got up and went to the front desks, picking up the parchments and putting them on the shelf near the stairs, where she would collect them from later for grading. Once he was done Aero went back to Desdemona's shoulder. "Alright class, can anyone tell me the race of dragon each of these darling's resemble? If you've read chapter five through eight you should have at least some idea." She waited and nodded her head toward Iris. "Close but not quite. You are right about Aero, slightly."

Iris was mesmerized. At first she was fearful. Dragons, in class? That could have been worse than dangerous! But now she thought they were the cutest things. Though she was interested in knowing why they clung to her like that. As far as Iris knew dragon youngs were only suppose to cling like that to their parents. When she asked Iris' hand shot into the air, like always. "The youngs are nomadic to Prussian dragon tribes...i believe. At least their horns would signifies that, if I remember. But Aero um he's a Egyptian sand rider I believe. They don't grow very large but are very dangerous in the desert sand."

Lorcan stuck his tongue out as Iris when she sat back down. "Show off." he teased with a friendly smile before turning to watch the dragons again. He was impressed yet as curious as Iris. Ignoring it, for the moment, he just listened to the Professors words and learned as much as he could. Lorcan was like a sponge when it came to information.

Realizing they were not there, nor was any trace of them, Viktor panicked. He jumped from the bed, his torso uncovered and his pants rather torn. The man was barely hidden from view where it counted, his transforming last night had taken a tole on his clothing. Without even thinking, nor realizing the sun was barely peeking in through the window that was still covered. He bolted out of the bedroom and froze solid. One hand moved to be sure the students weren't looking at his private area, while the other went to he back of his neck. He saw his sons there, and as he went to slip back out of sight Orenth caught sight of him. With a young roar Orenth showed his father he could fly by looping about and flying right for him. For a split second Viktor's features softened and grew proud. He had to move both of his hands to catch the large dragon. This was a bad idea, his practically shredded pants were nearly falling off of him, showing off his clinging black and burgundy boxers. Oh shit. His eyes traveled over the students and for once he sincerely blushed and deeply. Tenelth now caught sight of him and flew over as well. Viktor was now holding two dragons that nearly hid all but his head and bottoms of his legs from view. He held them with ease, but glanced over at Desdemona as if begging for some sort of help.

Scorpius had been watching the dragons but at the sound of the door opening he looked to it. Bloody. Hell. His mouth fell open, but soon he just grinned and looked sideways at Lorcan as if to say 'I knew it!' Many of the girls in class were now hot and bothered and Scorpius was currently the most amused person in the class. He couldn't help smirking at the professor's reaction as well.

Lianna handled most surprises quite well. When Professor Lennald came out of Professor Livas' chambers, Lianna's eyes lingered over him for a moment. Shock was evident in them, the way they widened and the color brightening a little, but after glancing at the other professor as well, she simply went back to reading her book with a serene look on her face.

Desdemona had been in the middle of a sentence when gasps erupted throughout her whole class. With her mouth still slightly open she glanced over toward where the students were looking only to make a double take. Orenth zipped over and Teneth soon left her as well but thankfully so for they were about the only thing covering Viktor from the students, though not so much from where she was standing. For a few moments Desdemona just stared at him. She didn't stare in shock or surprise or even in embarrassment. It was just taking her mind a few moments to catch up with the current predicament. When it did her eyes sparckled and her hand went to her lips. Her face turned red, but not with a blush. Oh no. She was doing her best not to laugh. And was failing, noted. After clearing her throat a few time and biting her lip as she looked up at Viktor and then over at the class it was easy to see her eyes were a bit watery. She was truly enjoying this even though this was going to be bad later. "Ahem...well then..." She tried to think of some way to smooth this over before the whole school's network of rumors exploded with facts and stories no one needed to know about. As she saw some of the female students basically drooling over him she was both amused and there was something else. Some twang of a feeling in the back of her mind. She pushed it away as she clapped loud enough to get everyones attention. "Seem's our visitors have made a mess of Professor Lennald. Very sorry about that. I believe it would be best if you go find something to cover up with, don't you?" Her eyes were still shining with amusement as she flicked her wand at the door. It opened for him so he didn't have try to open it with the dragons. It was her chamber door of course, which would only fuel the rumors but it was better than sending him to march through the school. She was cruel but not that cruel. When he was through she flicked her wand and the door closed yet again. Taking a deep breath, she moved to sit on her desk. She crossed her legs and pulled one of the books onto her lap and left the class to gossip. After about five minutes she found the page she wanted. "Now, for all my little gossipers in the room, you'll have a three thousand word essay due in two days on dragons, dragon hunters, and what different parts of dragons are used either legally and or illegally. I would spend more time working on your assignment rather than chitchatting. Anyone who doesn't hand this in will be in detention with me for a week. is that clear? Good. Now, you'll have no time in class to do this for your to each take out your books and go to chapter six. Read the chapter and write a complete summery of this which is to be handed in at the end of class. Anyone who fails to do this will loose ten points for their house. Get to work." She grinned and watched as her students groaned and got to work.

Lorcan looked over at scorpius about the same time as his friend looked at him. "I owe you something from the candy shop mate." He whispered while he turned to watch the professor. He found it rather amusing that she was kind of enjoying this but he thought it might just be denial that it was happening that caused it.

Iris looked over and gasped before she quickly averted her eyes, a slight blush on her face. This was THE most embarassing class she had ever been in! She kept her face covered until the new assignments were given and then silently got back to work.

Hidden behind the dragons Viktor gave her a rather childish looking glare. He could see her amusement and he could tell she found this all so funny. If it weren't for the fact that those dragons his the only thing he'd get in trouble should the students see, he would have let them go to place his hands on his hips or cross them in front of his chest. That, however, would not be smart in his current state and it seemed he noticed this. He muttered a quiet "Thank you," after clearing his throat, and slipped into her room. Finally, as the door closed, he let the dragons go. "Bloody hell," he finally breathed out as the two boys began roaming about the room. He had no clue what he was going to wear, so he just sat on the bed and waited a moment, trying to erase that horrible moment from his memory; no luck.

Scorpius' grin just broadened. "I told you, mate. I did," he said, but at the sound of all that work Scorpius was one of the groaners as he bean to read his chapter. He couldn't help chuckling at Iris, dammit she was so cute when embarrassed. "Looks like he's going to have a whole lot more people in his class next year," he muttered to Lorcan with a smirk.

Lianna Simply grinned ear to ear. She thought those two would end up together... She chuckled at Scorpius and Lorcan, but was reading her book the moment the assignment as given.

At Scorpius' comment Lorcan could barely hold back his laugh. He did his best however because he knew Professor Livas would hang him if she heard, and he didn't doubt she would hear. So, pulling out his books, he began reading. "Dude, this is going to travel through the school like wild fire, no matter what she does." He was nearly shaking with concealed laughter as he tried his best to finish up his writing by the end of the class.

Iris just quickly went to her work, not wanting to listen to the boys and their conversations. Sure it was sweet that the two had gotten together but still... it wasn't something she needed to know about. Taking a deep breath, she started writhing her essay. At last, she was the first to get up and give her essay to the professor. She avoided her eyes before turning away and sitting down once again.

Desdemona stayed on her desk and read a bit but her thoughts were more focused on when the class would end. She was happy to know she had a free period next, and so did Viktor, so she'd be able to go entertain what had just happened. A smirk lingered on her lips until Iris came up and she took the essay. After quickly reading it she smiled at the girl and nodded. "Very good. Your free to start your other work, miss odgen." Of all her students, she knew Iris wouldn't be too chatty.

Scorpius chuckled but he did so very quietly. He worked on his essay until class was nearly over, checking his summary over more than once. He was a bit of a perfectionist, but once he was satisfied, Scorpius brought up his parchment. He went back to his seat without looking into the woman's eyes, and started on his essay while he waited for class to be over. The meantime Scorpius wondered just where Lysander had gone...

Lianna brought her summary p shortly after Iris, being the second one finished. She gave the professor her normal dreamy smile, not really indicating she'd paid a lick of attention to Professor Lennald coming from her bedroom. She went back o her seat, her oddly colored hair swaying around her as happily as she herself seemed to be. She began writing notes for her essay, all the while in her own little dreamworld.

Desdemona looked Lianna over before she chuckled and put the essay on her desk. When class was over she checked off who hadn't handed it in. "Alright, twenty points from Ravenclaw and fifty points from Hufflepuff!" Groans answered her as she flicked her wand and the door opened. "Alright, out all of you." She waited until the last of them were gone before finally locking her door and starting for her chambers.

Iris blushed horribly and kept her head down until they were dismissed. When they were she took a deep breath and put her head down. "oh that was dreadful! I'm just glad for the free period next." She shook her head before starting for ravenclaw. "I vote for laying down, my head hurts so bad."

Lorcan laughed outright when they got out of the room. "That was great." He put his hands behind his head and walked with a spring in his step. Yeah, that brightened his day. "I second that, though. I wanna pass out right about now." He laughed, knowing he didn't act like he had a hang over at all.

Desdemona opened the door to her chamber and leaned against the frame. The ways she stood showed her curves perfectly as she put one arm across her waist and the other on the opposite side of the door. A soft, playful smile was painted across her lips. "So that was fun." She rolled her eyes to his reaction and walked in only to slip onto his lap and cross her legs as she sat. She glanced over at him and grinned a bit. "You've got some fans you know." Her lips were very close to his, since she was sitting on his lap and there was barely any difference in their height. The two young dragons played with Aero and were pulling at Viktor's destroyed pants.

Viktor gave her the same child like glare he had in the classroom. "Oh yes, loads," he said, his tone dripping with playful sarcasm as he rolled his eyes. He chuckled though, letting his flushed face returned to normal as she sat on him, as odd as that was. "Wonderful... now I'll never get any peace," he said with a grin, but his eyes screamed modesty. He didn't really like having the many fan girls. He just lay back and pulled her down with him, his arms wrapped around her. "I've got to get some clothes," he chuckled, kissing her forehead.

"I second that thought," Scorpius said in unison with Lorcan. He grinned a little and slid his arm around Iris. "Sleep then," he said, leading them all to the Ravenclaw tower.

Lianna just walked with Lorcan, leaning on him but only slightly. She let her head rest against him a little and smiled when she caught his eye. She probably wouldn't be sleeping, but she'd hang out in the tower for a while no problem.

Desdemona knew sitting on his lap was odd but she was in a playful mood and she was trying her best to put the day before behind the whole group. She just wanted to make it seem like nothing had happened...and that he wasn't really back. As he pulled her down she had to be careful that her dress didn't slip off her chest. Her eyes closed when he kissed her forehead. "I'll get you some when you leave. Unless your leaving now?" Her head moved up so she could look at him and her rainbow eyes glowed and shined brightly and wonderfully. She kissed his chin and up his jaw as she moved over him so she could look down into his eyes. She hovered over him slightly as her rainbow hair made a curtain, hiding their faces from that of the young dragons across the room. "Oh yeah, like you get any peace with me around? I don't think I'll be getting any either. I already heard rumors about why your clothes were so torn up." She chuckled before giving him one of her real smiles, one that only he got to see.

Lorcan wrapped an arm around Lianna and bent down to kiss her. "Man, we have to do that on a weekend next time!" He laughed as they went up the moving stairs.

Iris hid her face into Scorpius' side as they walked. She was still embarrassed by how the day was going.

Viktor chuckled. "Wonderful," he said sarcastically. "No, I'm not leaving yet. I rather like it right here," he said. Whether he was referring to her chambers or his position under her couldn't be clear, he left it open on purpose as he gave her a slight grin. "What's the best one you've heard thus far?" he asked curiously, giving her a real smile as well.

Desdemona trailed her fingers over his jaw and neck as he spoke, idoally making little designs as she did. Her look was dazed, as if she were looking beyond him and not at him, yet her eyes shone like the aurora over the northern world. With her lips nearly pressed against his, she whispered softly as her eyes returned to his gaze. "Heh, that I'm some ravenous beast. Or that the dragons attacked you before class." She chuckled as her lips trailed against his jaw slightly. She laid on top of him fully and arched her back so she could look down at him properly. Her fingers pushed back his hair so she could really look into his eyes while they chatted. The very gaze she held still burned with something unspoken yet it seemed to live on without words.

Viktor smiled gently, chuckling. "Well, those are nice." he grinned, but his eyes closed as she arched er back at first on him. She was now pressing against areas that he could not stop from reacting, but after a breath or two, he tried his best not to focus on it. Catching her gaze it wasn't too hard and what her look held was ablaze in him as well.

Desdemona chuckled as he reacted to her movements but didn't push it. They were in enough trouble, they didn't have to get in more. After their gazes continued to capture one another, Desdemona couldn't help but move forward slightly and press her lips to his. The kiss was slow, sensual, and burning as her eyes slowly closed. She bled into the kiss, releasing herself to the feeling she couldn't name, and just letting the butterflies in her stomach attack her insides as her heartbeat began to get faster and faster.

The dragon babies and Aero were currently devouring the rest of last nights menace so Viktor had no problem sinking into the kiss. With his arms around her he let his wings slowly come out to envelope them discretely. As she melded to his lips his eyes closed as well, and he let her tongue in with no problem, wrapping his own serpent like one around hers.

As wonderful as it felt to be enveloped in Viktor's arms and his wings, not to mention drowning in the wonderful feeling she couldn't explain, Desdemona couldn't help but feel something in the back of her mind pushing her away from all of this. That's when she remembered the note in the desk. Her brows furrowed and she pulled away from Viktor for a moment and let him see just a glimpse of her sorrow, her pain, her regret. She slid off of him and went to the desk, opening the drawer before reading the note again. She handed it to him silently. "Viktor...if you stay around me...Teneth and Orenth are going to be in danger, as well as you...." She couldn't help but blame herself for last night and she, on no level, wanted him to loose the two Dragons because of her. The very thought of them being killed just made something in side of her ache. In a rare moment the true worry and fear of what could happen to them flashed before her eyes, kindled by the feeling she had that simply fueled her reasoning. If she didn't feel as strongly as she did she probably would have simply ignored their danger.

[Note:

D.

It took you longer than I thought to kill them...and you even had help. You've lost your edge. Or perhaps your a bit too focused on trying to be a normal woman now? What with your little lover and his freak dragon children. You must feel so much better to think your normal. We'll see how normal you are when your back inside the stone. If you want to protect your new 'family' I suggest meeting me at our old stomping grounds. I await the meeting. Have pleasant dreams.

Viktor sat up, his wings opening for her to move away and retracted away out of sight. his brows tightened as he took and read the letter without a word. When he looked back up from the note he caught that glimpse in her eyes. It was the same look his own eyes had worn last night. "Do you want me to go with you?" he asked. That settled it, he knew where he would take his boys. "They'll be fine, I know where I can take and leave them. They'll be safe there." He gave her a serious look, still clutching the note in one hand.

Desdemona shook her head. "Viktor, your not listening to me." She moved to sit in the window, where she had been sitting the night before, before everything happened. Her eyes still shone with that worried fire. "You, your sons, shouldn't be around me any more. We need to end this Viktor, before things get get to the point they did last night again.... I wont be the reason for your sons to be taken from you." Her head tilted down and it was apparent that she was taking a great risk in saying things like this. She was basically letting her heart speak for her for the first time really. As a soft breeze came from the window it whipped her hair around her, giving her a very dramatic look of pure sadness, and perhaps fear.

Viktor shook his head. "I don't care, I'm not leaving you," he said rather forcefully. He stood up and walked over to her, placing his hands on her waist. "Listen to me, please...." he said in a light tone, nearly a whisper, and with an air of begging. "Please don't ask me to walk away from the only thing I've got keeping me sane..." he said to her. She didn't keep him sane by giving him something to focus on... he stayed sane knowing he had feelings for her that he believed he'd lost capability to feel. "Desdemona, there are places they can go to be safe... as long as they grow up I'll be happy. I got to meet them both. If I die because I won't leave you, so be it..." He watched her eyes, not wanting to be away from her at all.

Desdemona, as much as she wanted to, couldn't tear her gaze from going to him when he spoke to her. The sound in his voice was new and she couldn't help needing to know what he was saying. His gaze kept hers until at last she just put her head on his chest and closed her eyes. The young dragons seemed to realize the heavy air for they both, along with Aero, came over and surrounded the two. Desdemona looked down at them and loved on them for a moment before finally looking up at Viktor, her eyes saying all she needed to. "...Alright...." Her voice was hoarse with emotion as she hid her face into his chest again. In reality, she was slightly afraid to find out what he had planned. Of all her foes, this man was the one who knew just how to defeat her.

Viktor sighed, thankful she wasn't fighting with him. Now he just had to find the right place to send his sons. He already had an idea, and kept it in his mind. "I'll have to leave this afternoon. I'll be back before dinner, I just have to go long enough to bring them somewhere." He couldn't tell her where, for he had to keep it completely secret in order to keep his sons safe. The less information she knew, the less could be taken from her forcefully. He held onto her tightly, lovingly, while he silently prayed.

Desdemona didn't fight him. She knew it would be best for her not to know where they were in case something could be taken forcefully from her, but she couldn't help feeling a pain growing her her chest. When he had blatantly stated he'd rather die with her then leave her her chest had swelled and the painful but wonderful tightness returned. Now it felt like a stab. It wasn't because he wouldn't tell her. It was because it meant she couldn't see them any more, and she knew that. "...Take Aero too...I don't want him getting hurt." When Aero heard that he was complaining and quite as loudly as the two young dragons, who were starting to realize what was going on. Not only did Aero not want to leave Desdemona's side if she was in danger...he was slightly jealous of Viktor and didn't feel like letting him have more time with the Dark Lord than he himself got. If it had been known why he was as he was it could have been rather cute, but at the moment this was serious and the look Desdemona gave him, her head still on Viktor's chest as she peeked over at him, made his very dragon heart squeeze until he realized it wasn't about her, Viktor, or himself. It was the young ones. He made a noise as if to comply, against better judgment.

Viktor nodded slightly. he understood Aero's complaints quite clearly, being he spoke dragon. He just let his head hang, giving his sons attention. They too began to make small crying noises, until Viktor knelt down. He didn't step away from Desdemona, but he lifted each dragon in his arms. He looked up at her and then back at them. "you'll see her again, I promise," he told them pathetically. He believed it though even as he looked into Desdemona's eyes. Viktor didn't have the heart to tell her they were calling her 'mother' even as they cried. He couldn't hurt her like that; though she wouldn't admit to it, viktor had seen the way she acted with them... He knew she cared...

One thing that Viktor and Desdemona had never spoken about was what all about dragons she knew, and why she was more connected to them then any other simply dark witch or wizard. It was a conversation she didn't want to have truthfully, simply because it meant she'd have to admit to how she was created and that...well she didn't want to disgust him, surprisingly. So yes, she knew quite well what Aero was saying. And she knew what the young dragons were calling her. It had taken all her self control up to that point not to reply to them in dragon tongue, but it was getting harder. At last she sighed and slipped from English into the dragon language as if it were the first she learned. "Hush now you two. After this is all done I'll come see you again, without a doubt." Being the Dark Lord made a few things easy. Like lying. She gave each of them a kiss on the forehead before glancing up, slowly, at Viktor. She was prepared for his surprise, anger maybe, or questions. None of it scared her...she just had to make sure not to take the topic too far into her past. Some day she might tell him...but first they both had to survive this.
