She gave her brother an innocent look, "Not even to you loving little sissy?" Roxanne didn't break the look as she rocked back and forth; like a child would.

Dominique slipped into the portal and was glad to see there were only a few people around. Some wished her luck tomorrow at the game, others told her she was their one hope against the Ravenclaw's brains. All in all she felt kind of bad, yet good at the same time. When at last she slipped away, getting into her dorm, she pulled a bag out of her suitcase and closed her bed's blinds. There was no way her trunk was going to be coming with them and that was fine, she didn't need too much. She took her coin purse, some clothes, a few things Fred had given her, a photo album, and a few other little things. When she was done she snuck down into the common room and then up into the boy's dorm. She knew there was no way Eric was going to get in the girl's dorm, it was enchanted to keep him out, but they could both get to the boy's dorm. She went to her cousin's floor and hid her bag under his bed and went to his trunk. She left a few coins as she took a few of his items and put them in another little bag. Then she opened the window, silently called for her broom, and stuck it to the ledge so it would be ready. Afterwards she slipped down and up again and finally collapsed in her bed. Hespie curled up with her and she went to sleep, her wand set to wake her up at 1:50am.

Eris made his way silently to the common room. It was five till two, and Raina was flying ahead and behind periodically, checking to be sure there was no one ahead and they were not being followed. He stood outside the painting, while Raina continued to keep watch for him. He had a rucksack over his shoulder with many things inside including clothes, a good stash of food he'd taken from his pit stop at the kitchens, toiletries, and plenty of other things. He had done many spells on the rucksack so that everything would fit, and if it were dropped it would have made quite a noise. He had a few blankets in his hand, and a net to hang from the broom that would hold Hesphie. At least until they got to an animal shop. He checked his pocket again, making sure he had his key for Gringgotts, and simply stood to wait for Dominique.

Two minutes to two Dominique was at the painting. She turned, made sure she had all the enchantments she needed up and ready so that she and Eric could slip past. She had a silencer on the path they'd take, meaning they'd have to go a certain way, and a dream spell on the boy's dorm so anyone who woke up would see only the dream they had been having, and if they weren't dreaming, they'd simply see nothing and think they were asleep. She pushed the painting open slowly, making sure not to wake the woman, and checked. Smirking, she held out her hand for him. "Come on then." she whispered as she pulled him into the common room, making sure to close the painting quietly behind Raina. She kept a hold on his hand. "You must walk as I do for the spells to keep us quiet." She whispered as she lead him to the boy's dorms and up to her cousins. The crept past the seventh years and right up to Fred's bed, where she dove under to gather her things. She then pulled out the spare bag, opened it, and took out two rather goofy looking hats. Putting one on his head, she chuckled softly. "I'll explain once we've got everything ready." She put one on herself and then helped him slip everything on the broom, including Hesphie. Then she mounted her broom and held out her hand for him to get on behind her.

Eric smiled, happy to see her. He nodded silently and just followed her, Raina settling gently on his shoulder again. "I brought this," he said, holding up the net. "She'll be safe in it, I promise." He tied it to her broom and stood in it, yanking up on the broom to show it would hold her without a problem. He took the hat with an odd look, but simply shrugged and put it on his head. He slid onto the broom, Raina settling in front of her, and held on. "Ready," he whispered quietly. "Gringgotts first. By the time we get there places should be opening." He kissed her quickly, a reassuring kiss, then he just pushed off with her and let her fly them.

Dominique nodded, nervous. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes, half thinking she'd wake up when her eyes opened and none of this had happened. But it did. When he kicked off she sweirved the broom in a way to close the door and kept them hovering higher for a minute. Taping his hat and then her own, she muttered a spell. Nothing seemed to happen. "These will keep us invisible to anyone not wearing one for a few hours, just long enough to get to London and Diagon Ally." She said with a smile before she leaned forward. They were off, faster than a bullet it seemed as they zoomed away from the castle. In reality they were going as fast as Dominique thought safe for Hesphie and the luggage but fast enough that anyone who saw them when they first took off would think they were imagining things. At one point it began to rain and she shivered from the cold but tired to keep her wits and just push on forward.

Rose said the password, only after the others covered their ears and turned around. Even then she had to whisper it, as the Fat Lady would accept nothing less. She only let them in because of the circumstances, and because she liked Rose and did not want her left alone. Once inside she simply fell onto the couch and sighed. "So what are your ideas to keep us entertained, Bright Twins?" she asked with a playful grin.

Lianna turned away, covered her ears and hummed to herself while Rose spoke the password. She rather respected the Fat lady for her persistent attitude. She even gave her a curtsy in thanks before rushing inside. She sat on the arm of the large chair facing the couch from the opposite side of the coffee table.

Once inside they all noticed Victoire but left her be for now. They went over to the corner, away from the fire, and sat down on the large couch that rested there in front of a table of unfinished wizard chess. He nodded to his brother and gave him a playful glare. Within moments the two had reset the game and were at it once again. "We'll bludgen each other of course."

"Of course, of course." Lorcan chimed with a grin. He set up his first piece with the want to see it destroyed, and destroyed it was! Taking his time, he and his twin were soon locked in a heated battle over the field.

Rose rolled her eyes a little, but she grinned anyway. Their competitive nature was amusing her her. "We'll be back." She grabbed Lianna's arm and together they went upstairs to her cousin's dorm. "are you alright?" she asked as they came in. They were hushed by her, and Rose gave her a small glare. In a whisper she asked again, "Are you alright?"

Lianna kissed Lorcan before she was dragged away. "Good luck, dear," she said dreamily, following her friend. Once upstairs her eyes fell again on the woman. She wondered who it was, and yet she thought she should know. She had a strange feeling she'd met her before, but of course that could have been in another life.

"Sh!" Victoire said quickly, nodding to her side. Still passed out, Hrukjan lay there motionless. "Yes, yes, I'm fine. It's not me I'm worried about..." She was worried for Dominique, Ash, Hrukjan, and Fred the most. Victoire wondered in the back of her mind if she was stupid for not worrying much about herself. She decided she didn't care if she was, it was her nature and she had more important things to worry about than feeling bad for herself.

Lysander watched the girls go and was about to say something when he was hit with a chunk of his knight. "Ow!" He grinned and went after his brother with a vengeance. The game continued for a while, finishing just before the girl's returned.

Of course neither twin won in the end. It was a stalemate with only the kings left standing to duke it out. "Get him!" Lorcan yelled at his king, hoping to have the stronger stone. In the end both kings fell, destroyed.

Eventually Victoire ushered them out, not wanting to answer questions and wishing to focus on something other than her sister. Sure that wasn't the right way to handle it, but she could find out nothing brooding over it and Hrukjan was right in front of her face. When the girl awoke she would be ready to help her with whatever she needed.

Rose left finally with a not-so-happy face. She came down and sat beside Lysander on the couch, chuckling over the empty game board. "Anyone win this time?" she asked with a playful smirk.

Lianna just followed Rose, smiling as she went. It wasn't that she didn't care about the situation, but she rarely felt strong emotions other than with Lorcan. A curse of being a Seer, she supposed. "Looks like it was a draw," she said with a grin.

"It always is." The twins said in unison as Lysander groaned and shook his head. He leaned back in the chair and smiled up at his beauty, his princess, his rose. "How's your cousin?"

Lorcan groaned as well and when Lianna got close he pulled her over and forced her to lay across his lap. He kissed her and cuddled with her. "Why don't you two play and we'll see who wins- Princess or Queenie"

Lianna let herself fall gracefully to his tugging. She kissed him back with a giggle in her throat and smiled. "I'm up for a game," she said with a grin. "Whaddya say Rosie?" she challenged.

Rose shook her head slightly. "She's choosing to ignore it..." She was a little worried about her cousin... well a lot worried really, but she was trying not to think about it. "Sure, I'll play," she said, giving them all a small smile. She helped Lianna reset the board and let her take the first move as Lianna was white. It didn't take long for them to get into a heated battle over the board.

Lysander chuckled as he watched the girls. His eyes fell on Rose and he couldn't stop smirking. He shook his head as she made moves, laughing when she got over excited. By the time the game was over it was rather late and a few other Gryffindors had already slipped up into their dorms to gossip and sleep.

As he watched Lorcan couldn't help but still worry. He saw the fear in Dominique's eyes, he was sure of it. What had he missed? Why hadn't he acted on it...maybe he could have stopped her, or saved her! Lorcan kept up his smile but inside he was tormenting himself.

Victoire was pacing in her room. She wasn't sure when Ash was going to come back, or if even tonight. As she looked over Hrukjan, she remembered how the girl tried to attack her at one point... She pushed the thought aside and decided if Hrukjan and Ash wanted to be together she would back away. It would crush her, as Victoire had developed strong feelings for the werewolf, but she had him first. Victoire wanted nothing to do with the Veela stereotype of being a home wrecker. She sat on the windowsill, looking out over the grounds with a slightly longing gaze, one she couldn't help. It wasn't so much for Ash to come back to her, but it was a silent wish she felt deep inside... a wish that he felt the same way she did -about her.

"darn!" Lianna exclaimed as her king was shattered. She laughed anyway though, and leaned back into Lorcan. Was Ash even coming back tonight? She glanced toward the portrait, but not a soul was coming or going now that night had fallen over them.

Rose smiled a sorry sort of smile as her knight struck Lianna's king. She also leaned back, settling into Lysanders arms and closing her eyes gently. she let out a small sigh. Truthfully she was impatient for news, but she was trying her hardest to stay calm.

Hrukjan still had that connection to Victoire so as she finally woke up she felt and heard the girl's hearts. Smirking slightly, which only made her dark face light up in a way only an outcast's could. After waiting a while, wondering if the girl would try to attack, she finally moved. The pain shifted through her body in seconds, making her groan as she coughed violently. Shivering, she realized the world was so could without all of her fur. It had been so long since she was in her human form.

At first Lorcan didn't realize it was done but eventually he did and he smirked. "Oh well, you'll beat her next time queenie." He kissed her cheek and cuddled up to her with a cute yawn. Wrapping his arms around her, he treated Lianna like a little teddy bear again, cuddling her like there was no tomorrow.

Lysander coughed slightly but he hid behind his sleeve as he did. Once the fit was over he kissed Rose's neck and settled in so they were all relaxed. "Well then what shall we do? Don't fret, I be he's just having as hard a time finding Andrew as we were-those two know how to disappear as we've all seen." He said, trying to lighten the mood.

victoire heard the cough and it yanked her from her thoughts, which instantly went to Hrukjan. She slid off the windowsill in time to see her shiver. Without a word she opened her trunk at the end of the bed and pulled out a few extra blankets, which she laid across the girl. "There's food here, if you're hungry." She told her, gesturing to the large pot of soup and tray of various other foods. Victoire wasn't sure what she liked so she had all sorts of things brought up. There were also a selection of beverages for her to choose from. She sat on the side of the bed. "Just let me know if you need anything." Vicoitre had dressed the girl when she brought her in, her favorite fur coat resting on her, and so she knew clothes wouldn't be a problem. The girl was about her size.

Lianna nodded, agreeing with Lysander. "Not to mention that man that was hear was after them... I could feel it." That was all Lianna said about it, 'twas all she was really allowed to say about it, though she had a strong feeling the man had a direct connection to at least one if not both of them.

Rose gave a stiff nod. "You're probably right..." She snuggled to Lysander on the couch, yawning softly. "I just wish he'd hurry up," she said, Lianna giggling a little at the way she said it so impatiently.

Lysander caught Lorcan's eyes and they exchanged glances before each of them nodded. "That was Mister Higgins, Andrew's father. And your right Lianna, he is after them." Lysander smiled in a knowing way. "Then again you already knew that didn't you Lianna?" Chuckling, he held Rose a bit tighter. "The two are hiding, and I'll bet all my N.E.W.T.s its because of him. Give Ash a bit of time, if nothing else he's trying for Victoire. That'll motivate him more than any of us could have."

"He's right, so don't be so sour. Seems under that mess of fur the werewolf has a heart, how touching." Lorcan chuckled as he started to braid Lianna's hair, smiling whenever the strands lined up to make a giant poke-a-dot. "Did I forget to mention i love your hair?" Lorcan' whispered, smirking again.

Hrukjan smiled at her, thanking her silently as she closed her eyes again and shivered. "...H-how....do....y-you...s-stand it...." She mumbled. Of course she knew it was normal to Victoire so it wasn't as cold as it was to her but still. When she mentioned food all Hrukjan could do was nod. "How long...have...i..i been here?" She stuttered as she tried to sit up.

Rose stuck her tongue out at Lorcan, but she nodded. "Never thought I'd see him be nice to anyone... ever..." She chuckled a tiny bit at the thought. She also nodded at the information given and furrowed her brows a little as Lianna was addressed. She gave the girl a slightly sad smile, but glanced around. "There isn't much else to do..." she said softly as she yawned again.

Lianna blinked slowly. "I'm not allowed to say anything unless someone else does first... there are rules to my race you know," she said dreamily. she laughed soon after. "Yes, you have. I thought you liked it blue," she said as she raised an eyebrow. Granted, Lianna wasn't one to change herself for someone else, but something as trivial as her hair could be changed. She didn't really care what it looked like, she liked it no matter what. The orange with blue polka dots was cute though, and something she could have fun with for a while.

Victoire chuckled a little, showing a pretty smile. "I bundle up," she said with a slight grin. "I hate the cold too, you're just used to fur -oh, by the way, you're not wearing real fur..." She didn't want the girl to become uncomfortable with the fur coat, so she thought it was important to tell her that. "You've been up here for a few hours. Ash hasn't returned yet, oh let me help you." Her voice was soft, calm, and composed as it always was though she was jumbled inside her head and her heart. "I offered to clothe you and make sure you're alright until he gets back. Then I'm sure he'll take over, if he doesn't I'll still be here." She gave the girl a gentle smile, an almost motherly one. Though Vicotire had no children -thank goodness- she was very maternal. She had been helping take care and watch out for Dominique for a long time now, so she supposed it was just because of that.

"I love your hair no matter what." He chuckled and kissed her cheek again as he went back to playing with her hair. He acted almost as if he needed nothing else in the world for entertainment, he was transfixed by the strands. Inside, however, he was tormented and using her hair simply to keep a hold of himself and give himself some busy work.

Lysander chuckled and laid his head on Rose's shoulder as he coughed slightly. "Well, I hope they get through it okay...whether you can tell us or not." He smiled as he wiped the blood away from his lips. He shivered slightly, suddenly feeling cold, but pushed the feeling away as he focused on how cuddly Rose was.

Hrukjan smiled at her, only hers was rather rough and had a strange appeal to it. Her dark eyes shined and spun with the knowledge she held yet at the same time they were glossy from the pain racking her body. For now she ignored it as she reached out to grab something and missed. Furrowing her brow she tired again and missed. It took a few more tries before she nearly knocked a chalice over. "Seems I need to remember how to use arms...." She smiled again as she focused and her eyes dazed a little less as she grabbed the cup and brought it to her lips, sniffing it before tasting it. "Where did he go?" She asked, not really caring about what the Dark Lord had done to her.

Lianna gave Lysander a thankful nod, and Lorcan a smile. "Well, I'm glad you love it," she said with a calm giggle. She closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling of him playing with her hair.

Rose let her hand rest on the side of Lysander's head, smiling a little to herself. She felt that little shiver and glanced back at him. "Want me to go get some blankets, that way we'll all stay warm tonight?" she asked the lot, rather than singling him out.

Victoire chuckled a little, lifting the chalice off the ground and cleaning up the mess without a second thought. She was used to cleaning up after Ash and her friends and family, so it was nothing new to her. "He went to find someone for me." She said a little distantly. She wasn't trying to be mean, but the pain was evident while she spoke, glancing out the window again. "I'm sure he'll be back by tomorrow sometime. I'm sorry you're stuck with me until then." She chuckled a little. She spoke quietly as all of the other girls in her year were asleep in their beds and she really rathered not wake them.

Hrukjan chuckled softly, understanding why she was quiet. "Why are you sorry? I chose you for a reason all those months ago, its not like I detest you." She waved her hand as if Victoire was being silly even acting like that. Once she was done drinking her drink, whatever it was she couldn't remember, she put the chalice down and picked up a meaty sandwich, eating it rather quickly. The transformation had zapped her of all her energy. "Who's missing?" She said, ignoring the girl's pain simply because she could have done worse and gone in the girl's mind, at least she was giving the girl some freedome and some sort of chance to answer.

Lysander didn't answer, he just cuddled her as a silent thank you for not pointing him out. Out of everything that was happening he didn't need him being sick to be added to it.

Lorcan smiled. "Nope, I got my lia-blanket! But yeah that might be a good idea, hey we can make a giant tent and camp out in front of the fire!" He smirked, glancing at his twin, remembering the times the two had sneaked off to camp out somewhere random and just hunted for fun-normally during the summer.

Victoire shrugged. "I know that, but I'm sure you'd rather have him to take care of you," she said calmly, chuckling a little. She sat there while Hrukjan ate. At the question, Victoire's head fell. She figured the girl still had access to her mind and she knew she could hide nothing just about. "My sister..." she said again distantly as she stood and walked back to the window. She stood beside the sill sideways, her eyes out in the distance. "Ash went to find someone who may be able to find the man searching for her... he may already have her so it's dire that we find her... or him at least." That was all she said, pretty much telling her everything in those short few sentences.

Rose nodded. "I'll be right back," she said. She kissed Lysander gently, nuzzling him a bit before she went off to her dorm. She came back quickly and with an armful of blankets. "there's enough here to make a huge tent and still have blankets to sleep on and under," she said with a grin. She plopped them all onto the couch and began helping them make a large tent.

Lianna laughed. "I'm not much of a blanket," she said with a smirk. She was a very thin girl and there was no way she could cover him very well at all. She hopped up excitedly, ready to help them make the tent as well.

"On the contrary, Ash is a horribly cartaker, I'd much rather be in your hands, I'd survive longer." She smiled but her words showed she was being butally honest, not kind. Looking out the window, Hrukjan nodded. "I know how that feels. He'll help, this I'm sure." The smile on her lips was slightly sad now but it quickly melted away. "When did she disappear?"

Lysander chuckled when Rose came back. He and Lorcan enchanted the blankets and had them setting themselves up in a large tent like way. They let the girls set up the bed inside, made by the couch cushions, as the two tied down the fort.

"This'll be great!" He said, grinning as he and Lysander finished up their spells. They opened up the tent, having had the blankets close the girls inside, so the fire gave a nice glow and warmed the little area quite well. For just being made from a few blankets it was a rather large tent with enough room for the four to sleep in without getting all squished, unless they wanted to be of course.

Victoire didn't notice the smile, her eyes were lost in the distance by now, wishing she could have somehow helped her sister. She was still glancing out the window when she answered. "This morning... But that's long enough for him to have done something to her..." The thoughts that plagued her mind about it were brutal, she knew what that vampire was capable of and it sickened her how bad he wanted the title they held.

Lianna helped Rose with the cushion bed, enlarging each cushion so that they took up the entire area. She and Rose lay in the middle, leaving the boys to the outside. when Lorcan came to her she snuggled right to him. She giggled a little to herself, remembering the stupid little games like "truth or dare" that Rose had introduced her to and "I've never." It would be times like these that those little games were brought out.

Rose shared a glance with Lianna. Seeming to know what she was thinking Rose actually laughed a little. Thankfully the glow was a reddish orange so she hoped her blush wasn't visible. Of course Rose had never played those games, but in the time she had become friends with Lianna she had introduced her to a lot of muggle things she knew about. she just snuggled up to Lysander, her back nearly touching Lianna's.
