Praxis' Chamber (Private)

Desdemona looked around and flicked her wrist. A few draws opened, showing some clothing but nothing that was personally Praxis'. She thought about it and decided to take Andrew's choice away. The drawers were closed. "Since our veela visitor isn't one of us she'll stay here. This room was made for a one night use anyway when Praxis returned. Take her to your room, the children will go with you of course, and relax in there. Besides, it's colder in that part of the Labyrinth. Ash, what does she need?"

Ash held up a tray with the odd herb paste and the fruit. "She has to eat all of this, even if she hates it, whenever she wakes up." Desdemona called an elf and he handed that to it, another came in and grabbed Praxis' bag, and they set off to Andrew's room.

Desdemona moved and picked up the children again, who clung to her, half asleep as she wiped their eyes against her dress. "Come, I have plans to go over so I will bring the children to your chambers. If any of you need me you may send an elf for me. Remember, Veela, you are not to be on your feet for twenty-four hours. Which, down here, basically means until I say so. In fact, it would be best if you were laying down." She looked at Viktor, giving him a gaze that basically meant she expected him to follow. She then left, before or after Andrew, and brought the children to his room.

Andrew lifted Praxis off the bed. He let the children go to Desdemona. Cyprus looked up at him and he gave the boy a gentle nod that it was alright. He left the room before Desdemona, wanting to get Praxis back in bed as soon as possible.

Victoire didn't move, feeling compromised. She wasn't to be on her feet... which she needed to get to the bed to lay down. She mentally slapped herself for being an idiot and stood up and walked over to the bed, giving Desdemona a nod, but her eyes were still on her hands. One of them now bore a mark, burned into her palm by the promise spell. She eyed it, choosing it to focus on for now, and sat on the bed with a small sigh.

Viktor did follow her, and once out in the hall alone he asked quietly, "What's wrong with her?" letting his gaze shoot back to the door they'd just come from. He walked with her and the children, Dreama having clung to his leg. He lifted her to his waist and dried her tears in a fatherly way, as if he'd had children of his own. "there there," he said to her in a gentle tone. "Everything's alright now, you needn't worry little Princess." He gave her a gentle smile, wiping the last of her tears away and fluttering his wings a little.[/center]

Ash closed the doors after the others and sat at the edge of the bed. "i would have moved you." He mumbled a bit as he looked over her. He brought her something to drink and food to eat. "It'll be boring, but if you want something I'll get it. The quicker you listen to her the quicker your better and less you have to listen to her...about this sort of thing that is.." he moved her hair back and sighed. Getting up, he moved into a chair and sat down, figuring it would be best to keep his distance and let her rest.

"She's going through her 'womanhood'. Every veela, since it's a female only species, goes through it. She'll be fine, her veela form is just changing and as it does it weakens her. If she relaxes for a while it'll get better." Desdemona said knowingly as she let him take Dreama. Watching him care for the girl, she couldn't help but smirk. "Don't grow too attached, that little bundle belongs to those two and they might be a bit more possessive than I am."

Dreama looked up at him. "Mister...h-has wings like too..buh....they weird..."

"And you'll give me anything I want then?" she asked him inquisitively, giving a small smile. When he agreed she grinned a little deviously. "Lay with me?" she asked, her tone completely innocent and helpless. She lay down, not caring that she was still in her bra and pants. Her shirt was shredded when she changed, and had fallen off pretty well completely on their trip over here. No one seemed to notice... or they tried hard not to and did a wonderful Job. She pulled the covers up and waited to see if he would come to her. "I know you don't like to be social, but just until I fall asleep?" she asked, still as innocent. She felt helpless, she felt confused. Her emotions were a little staggered, but she could handle that easily.

"Ah, I see." he said to her. He almost said something, but thought better of it. he wasn't about to steal away the child, but he was trying to help calm her down. "Yes, you know why?" When she nodded, he whispered his little secret, "that's because I'm a dragon," and flicked his tongue at her playfully. "I'm not quite the same as you." He gave hr a gentle smile, all of his teeth sharp and jagged..

Ash sat for a moment and thought it over but eventually just smirked and got up. He moved to lay beside her and wrapped his massive limbs around her, pulling her over and letting her lay in his arms. "Now rest." He whispered to her as he held her close and ran his fingers through her hair. He pulled out the dream catcher from the night before and let it float in the air over them once more. He wanted her to forget the things that happened and just rest, the past could be dealt with at another time.

Her wings fluttered and she reached up to his head, grabbing one of his horns. Pulling slightly, she giggled when she found out they were real. She gave him a hug and put her head on his chest as he looked at Desdemona and beyond her, Praxis in Andrew's arms. "...Is mommy okay?" she asked sadly.

Cyprus turned so he was looking at her. They just stared at each other for the rest of the walk, talking in each others minds and trying to figure out things.

Desdemona lifted Cyprus into her arms, now that the other was free, and let his head lay on her shoulder as she followed the others. When Andrew slipped into his room Desdemona didn't miss a hitch, she slipped in after to make sure she was alright and to let the children come. When she entered she snapped her fingers and a door appeared to the far left. She walked over and opened it, inside was a bunk-bed and some toys for the children. It was a large room with a high ceiling so they could fly around. She set the child on the bed and he quickly laid down, hiding his face in the pillow.

Victoire Smiled happily. She could help, while settling into his large embrace, Victoire blushed just barely. Most of the times she'd been in his arms like this she was either helping him through his changes, or they were... well, not cuddling. And this is why she blushed laying there, but other than her cheeks getting a little warm, Ash would not have been able to know for she was laying against his chest. She suddenly wondered when the next full moon was. Though she didn't relish in Ash's pain, she rather enjoyed healing him in the mornings. And she was getting much better at healing, and able to do a little more as time progressed. Victorie finally fell asleep, an innocent grins still resting barely on her lips. As she slept, her hand was on his chest and her body was encased in his massively muscular hold. Nightmares did not dare try to attack her this time.

Victoire woke the next morning, stretching cutely and yawning a large yawn. That dream catcher of his made sleep so much better for her it seemed. She had to have a look around before remembering where she was. She almost panicked, but everything came back to her as she looked around he room. What a day yesterday had been. Then suddenly Victoire remembered something. With a groan she fell back against the bed, covering her face. Fred was going o murder her, she'd missed work yesterday. Oh no... Victoire went to get up, but she remembered her orders and forced herself to lay back down. She didn't really want to anger the dark lord on the account that she valued her life, but she hated laying here to do nothing. She still felt full and a headache seemed to relish in making her head pulse dully.

"What do you want to eat?" He was sitting in the corner, staring at the stormy enchanted window until he heard the bed squeak. He had laid with her most of the night and only got up a few hours ago to check on Hrukjan and Nyssa. In front of him were a few plates of food and some purified water, which he set next to her on a bedstead as he got up. Reaching up, he grabbed the dream catcher and slipped it into his pocket.

"I'm not hungry," she said plainly, giving him a meek smile. She did however grab the water and take a drink. "Thank you anyway," she said. She didn't want him to feel like his effort was wasted, especially since she wasn't used to him being so... nice. She made to sit up, but under his gaze she reluctantly laid back down, propping her self up just a little with the pillows. "How is everyone?" she asked, not caring so much about herself. She wanted to know how everyone else had made it through the night.

"Mistress has disappeared with her pet and Praxis is no better. If anything she's worse. Besides that the children and Andrew are fine." He sat back down and looked at the stormy window again. "How are you feeling? Any better?" He sounded, tired if nothing else but he acted as if he felt fine . There was no way he was going to rest any time soon. He had to make more potions and medicines soon

Victoire was quite for a moment. She just watched him. She wasn't feeling much better yet, but she wasn't dizzy, so she supposed she was feeling better after all. "Come here?" she asked innocently. He'd said the night before if she wanted anything to ask. And so she did. When he came over she patted the bed beside her as she moved further to the inside. She reached up and began to rub his shoulders, neck, and back. She wanted him to feel better above herself, Praxis, or anyone else really. She couldn't help it, in all the time since she'd been 'his' he'd never treated her very kind other than these past few days. She supposed it was alright, but it made her feel more fond of him than before. She rubbed roughly, knowing as a man a soft massage wouldn't do. "I feel a little better, yes." It wasn't entirely a lie, as the dizziness had gone away. After her transformation, quick as it was, she'd been very dizzy. Now she just had a dull headache and felt full. Though, she could honestly say snacking wouldn't kill her. As she massaged him she paused every now and then with one hand to grab something to nibble on. "You don't have to stay with me if you don't want to," she told him. She didn't want him to feel as though he had to stick by her. she knew he didn't like being cooped up.
